When you use the contact form or website price calculator, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email, phone number, company, project selections and message. Basic technical request and browser signals may also be processed to deliver the form, verify that a visitor is human and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to assess and respond to your request, continue a conversation you initiated, protect the form from misuse, and keep necessary business correspondence. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the website.

Contact-form and website-estimate submissions are delivered using FormSubmit. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the website calculator from automated abuse by evaluating technical request and browser signals. These providers process information on our behalf so the enquiry can reach us securely. Information may be processed outside your country; where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. You may also contact us directly by email instead of using either form.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Messages that do not lead to a business relationship are periodically deleted.
Your rights
