This policy explains how Crahooli s. r. o. handles personal information submitted through crahooli.com. It applies to this company website, not to the separate Ceremo or DreamOn products, which provide their own notices.

Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, company, the type of help you need, and your message. Basic technical request data may also be processed to deliver the form and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to assess and respond to your request, continue a conversation you initiated, protect the form from misuse, and keep necessary business correspondence. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the website.
Service provider and transfers
Contact submissions are delivered using FormSubmit, a form-processing provider. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Information may be processed outside your country; where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be used. You may also contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Messages that do not lead to a business relationship are periodically deleted.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
